Bill's Produce Store first opened in Lewes, East Sussex in 2001. Prior to that, Bill Collison ran a greengrocery store on the existing Lewes site for over 20 years, and he lives and breathes the fresh produce that he sources from all over the world.

The wonderful display of  daily delivered fresh produce provides an amazing backdrop for the cafe which is set amongst all the produce. The cafe allows customers to eat the food that they are surrounded by and then go home, freshly inspired to cook with some of the delicious ingredients purchased in the store.

The success behind Bill's is that the staff are passionate about what they sell and cook. They care about their customers and are driven by quality first and foremost.
