Food Shopping

Owner Bill Collison has created a shop that is reminiscent of a massive, bustling New York deli. Collison's is a cornucopia of fresh produce, selling many different varieties of tomato, its own bottled jams, baked goods, homemade cakes and pies, and hard-to-get-hold-of canned goods.
On one side there is a refectory style café where shoppers can enjoy hearty, basic food, but be warned, it gets full at lunchtime.
